This guide will assume that you have previously set up a crypto wallet from here and that you still have the seed phrase saved somewhere. If you do not, follow this guide from Metamask on exporting your private key.

Please do not share your private key or wallet seed phrase with anyone. It can give anyone access to the contents of your wallet including all crypto and NFTs.

Legitimate will never ask for your private key or wallet seed phrase.
