Within an individual SKU page you'll be able to edit the following tabs:
Each section below will go into further detail about what you can do in each tab.
SKU Overview Tab
When you first access an individual SKU you'll land on the SKU Overview Page.(to learn how to access an individual SKU please review our docs here)
The overview page provides a snapshot of information about that SKU including:
the number of tags in the SKU
the number of page views for that SKU
the product name - editable field (visible on Legitimate digital experience by end client)
the SKU notes - editable field (not visible on Legitimate digital experience by end client; for internal use only)
The SKU name and SKU notes can be changed at anytime on the Overview tab.
Please keep in mind that while the SKU name is end-consumer facing, meaning the end consumer will see this information as the "SKU name" in the digital experience, the SKU notes are internal only. They are meant to provide extra context for your team without adding unnecessary information to the digital experience.
Product Tab
To manage what the end-consumer sees when they tap a Legitimate tag, you'll need to edit both the "Product" tab and the "Webpage" tab within the SKU page.
First, make sure you fill in the Product Tab. The Product Tab allows you to edit the name, image and description associated with your tags (shown below). You can also add in an optional video, but please keep in mind if you chose this option it will override the product image.
You can save your progress at any time in this section and come back to edit it later.
All these assets must be added on dashboard in order to activate your tags. To learn more read about how to activate your tags in dashboard here.
About Each Section:
Product name: this is the title of your product. It will be displayed at the top of the digital experience
Product description: this is the description of your product. we recommend keeping this description as succinct as possible. You can always add additional information in the rest of the digital experience.
Product image: this is the image that corresponds to your product. Press the upload file button to upload your image. A preview of the image should load within a few seconds after you upload. If your having issues uploading please review our image specs here.
Product animation (optional): Animation associated with your product and will show in place of the product image in the digital experience. if you choose to also include an animation for your product press the upload file button to upload your video. A preview of the video should load within a few seconds after you upload. If you're having trouble uploading please review our animation specs here.
Webpage Tab
To begin adding in exclusive content to your digital experience go to the Webpage Tab and chose the "Custom" button under "Choose how you would like to create the webpage:"
Once that is selected you can edit your SKU's exclusive content in Builder.io.
On the right hand side you'll be able to see a preview of what the end-user will see when they tap their tags. When you update the Builder.io CMS the preview will change to reflect your changes.
On this page there is also an option to upload a header logo. The header logo should be your company's logo or other symbol/ text you'd like to go on the top lefthand side of your digital experience. If you do not choose to upload a logo it will default to show the Legitimate logo.
